Per Flogistix policy: No Fluids of Any Type shall be purposely drained on the compressor skid or into the environmental rails.
Evacuating Hazardous and Non-Hazardous fluids shall be evacuated using the Sage Vac System or other methods that have been approved by Flogistix EHS, Engineering, and Field Service departments .
This Policy applies to all Flogistix Gas Compressor packages that are setting on an Oil or Gas Production Location, or at a Flogistix Service location, Storage Facility, or Flogistix Manufacturing Facility.

At no time is it acceptable to drain any production fluids onto the skid or into the environmental rails of the skid.
All Flogistix employees have Brake for Safety Authority per the Flogistix EHS Manual Section 8 - 8.2
Always position yourself upwind of any work being performed or of any potential gas being released.
With any production fluid, there is the possibility of exposure to H2S and other substances.
Management - Management is responsible for implementing, supporting, and enforcing the requirements of this procedure to their respective locations/area.
EHS - Responsible to assist in the implementation of this procedure and to review for effectiveness.
Employees, Contractors, Vendors, etc. - Are responsible to follow the follow the requirements outlined in this procedure and ask for assistance.
This policy applies to all FLOGISTIX –Field Service and Rebuild locations and is applicable to all Flogistix employees, contractors, and temporary employees.
Employees should be aware that units may contain flammable and toxic gasses. Potential hazards exist including possible of ignition of flammable substances and hot surfaces & fluids.
Risk of possible concentration of H2S. Hazardous gasses may be present within pressure vessels, compressor, cooler, or associated piping. Risk of inhalation of hazardous gas fumes.
Environmental spill of compressor oil and production fluids.
All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Field Mechanical duties apply for this procedure. Flogistix EHS Manual, Section 8, Procedure 8.3 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Four Gas Monitor, which is outlined in the Flogistix EHS Manual, Section 8, Procedure 8.3 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Procedure 8.9 Hazardous Gases.
This policy applies to all units in service in the field, at a service shop, or in any storage yard.
Ensure Flogistix personnel have proper safety certification or site orientation if required by the customer.
Ensure Flogistix personnel adhere to any customer's safety practices and policies.
Ensure Proper use of required tools.
Flogistix Service Technicians performing any procedure of disposing or evacuating fluids will dispose of any production fluids according to Flogistix policy.
Disposal of any fluids will be done at an approved or designed waste location.
All employees shall be initially trained on the following topics:
Employee Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Emergency and First Aid procedures
Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemicals or gas in the work place
