1.12.004 Gas Lift Panel Log In

This Procedure is under development.

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to establish the minimum requirements for logging in to the Smart Gas Lift Panel when required to make program or operational changes to the Flogistix Smart Gas Lift Panel.

This procedure applies to all Flogistix Gas Lift units equipped with the Smart Gas Lift Panel.

This procedure is to ensure the proper Log-In access for making program or operational changes to the Smart Gas lift Panel.

Procedure

This procedure applies to all Smart Gas Lift unit with the Flogistix Smart Gas Lift panel currently in service in the Field, Test Loop, at a Repair Shop.

Authorized personnel are the only ones allowed to Log-In to the Smart Gas Lift Panel. Authorized personnel given access to the Log-In can be limited to changes being made in the panel depending on the access level given by the random password generator as laid out in this procedure.

Before any work is performed a JSA needs to be done according to Flogistix procedure along with any Customer requirements before any work is started.

To Login to the Smart Gas Lift Panel it is accessed by touching the Login button at the top of the Main screen.

After touching the Login tab the Login screen will appear as the example below

When the Login screen appears the Encrypted Code numbers next to the box labeled Encrypted Code will be constantly changing. This is the Random Code Generator in the Smart Gas Lift panel program.

To get a random generated code to input into the Flogistix Decoder App the random code generator feature must be stopped on an Encrypted Code number.

To stop the Encrypted Code numbers from changing Press the Select button next to the label Temporary Password Select Button

When the Select button is pushed the Encrypted Code should stop on a code.

As in the example below the Encrypted Code stopped on 5E36

This is the Encrypted Code that needs to be entered into the Flogistix Decoder App.

Enter the Encrypted code 5E36 into the Flogistix Decoder App from a smart phone as illustrated below.

A TEMPORARY PASSWORD will be generated from a smart phone in the Flogistix Decoder App

The Temporary Password for Encrypted Code 5E36 is 12309

Next push the orange area next the the label Programmer Level Decrypted Password by default it will have a 0

After pushing the orange area next to Programmer Level Decrypted Password a key pad will appear. As shown in the example below.

Type the TEMPORARY PASSWORD from the Decoder App on the key pad. For this example the TEMPORARY PASSWORD is 12309.

After the Temporary Password has been typed in touch the enter button of the key pad in the bottom right corner of the key pad box.

After pressing the Enter button on the key pad box the key pad box will disappear and a smaller box will appear stating Login Success. As shown in the example below.

Press the black OK button on the Login Success box to acknowledge

After pushing the OK button in the Login Success box the Login Screen will look like the example shown below.

Next push the small round green button labeled Programmer Temp. Password Login Button

After pushing the small green button labeled Programmer Temp. Password Login Button the small green button will disappear

In the orange section below Current User Logged In it will read Temp_Programmer stating that access is granted to make changes in the Smart Gas Lift panel.

To Log Out of the Smart Gas Lift panel press the Select button beside the Temporary Password Select Button

After pressing the Select button beside the Temporary Password Select Button a Logout Success box will appear stating Logout Success. As shown in the example below.

Press the OK button in the Logout Success box to finalize logging out of the Smart Gas Lift panel.

After pressing the OK button the Logout Success box will disappear and it will take a few seconds for the Temp_Programmer to disappear from the box below Current User Logged In

Logout All Users beside the padlock symbol can also be pushed to finalize logging out

Responsibilities

Management - Management is responsible for implementing, supporting, and enforcing the requirements of this procedure to their respective locations/area.

EHSS - Responsible to assist in the implementation of this procedure and to review for effectiveness.

Employees, Contractors, Vendors, ETC. - Are responsible to follow the requirements outlined in this procedure and ask for assistance

Scope

This procedure applies to all Flogistix Smart Gas Lift units equipped with the Flogistix Smart Gas Lift panel and are applicable to all Flogistix employees, contractors, and temporary employees.

Hazards

Employees should be aware that units could contain flammable and toxic gasses. Potential for the possible hazards of gas ignition or fire, hot surfaces & fluids, rotating equipment. Risk of possible concentration of H2S. Hazardous gases could be in the units pressure vessels, cooler, or associated piping and risk of inhalation of hazardous gas fumes.

Safety

All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for normal Field Mechanical duties apply for this procedure.

Four Gas Monitor, which is outlined in the Flogistix EHSS Manual, PPE Section 8, Procedure 8.3

This procedure applies to all units in service in the field, at a service shop, or in any storage yard.

Insure Flogistix personnel have proper safety certification or site orientation if required by the Flogistix Customer.

Insure Flogistix personnel adhere to all Customers safety practices.

Training

All employees shall be initially trained on the following topics:

Employee Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure according to Flogistix policy
Emergency and First Aid procedures
Methods and Observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemicals or gas in the work place
Basic LOGIX panel training
