The purpose of this tool list is to establish the minimum required tools that will be furnished by the Field Service Mechanic to successfully be able to operate, maintain, and service Flogistix compressor units.

All employees furnishing their own tools must supply a list of those personal tools that are used and carried on a Flogistix service truck. This list of personal tools must be listed on Flogistix Hazard Scout and kept updated anytime a new or additional tool is added or a tool is removed from the personal tool list. To access the Personal tool list in Hazard Scout, log into Hazard Scout then go to Forms, then select Tool Inventory Details toward the bottom of the page, then select Edit and then add the tools to the list.
It is the responsibility of the Field Mechanic to prevent any lost or stolen tools from the Flogistix service truck. Flogistix is not responsible for the loss of or of stolen personal tools. Flogistix will provide the factory installed tool box locks on Field Service trucks to secure tools and Flogistix property on Flogistix Field Service trucks.
