This Policy is under development.
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the minimum requirements for the Idle Unit Maintenance of a compressor unit that had just been released and the Make Ready on Release procedure has been completed.

This policy is to insure and verify that recently released compressor units are put back to a "Ready to Deploy" state and nothing has changed with the status of the Make Ready on Release condition of the unit.
This policy will be a reoccurring policy every 90 days on the released unit.
This policy is effective for all Flogistix compressor packages that were currently on rent and had been setting on a customers location. This policy will be performed by Flogistix personnel in the Field or at shop locations.
This procedure applies to all Flogistix packages that were currently on rent and have been released and returned or are still setting on a customers location.
Before any work is performed a JSA needs to be done according to Flogistix procedure along with any Customer requirements before any work is started.
Flogistix Service Technicians or Managers will perform the task of Idle Unit Maintenance that will be verifying a unit has had the initial Make Ready on Release procedure done and will also include the following:
All Units:
Make sure unit is clean, unit should be washed including all drip rails cleaned of any oily debris or soil
Make sure and verify unit has been pickled according to the Flogistix Make Ready on Release policy
LOGIX panel is not missing any components. (Example missing the Modem, Relays, or Panduit coverings.)
Inlet and Discharge flanges or openings have approved coverings
Gas Engine Drive units:
Engine is rotated
Solar Panel is attached to skid
Electric Drive units:
VFD cabinet accounted for and labeled with corresponding unit number
VFD cabinet openings are covered to keep out weather and animals
VFD cabinet is not missing any internal components like VFD's, Fuses, Contactors.

This policy is intended to improve and maintain the quality of our rental fleet, reduce or lead times for addressing customer needs and to hold ourselves to higher standards.
Management - Management is responsible for implementing, supporting, and enforcing the requirements of this procedure to their respective locations/area.
EHSS - Responsible to assist in the implementation of this procedure and to review for effectiveness.
Employees, Contractors, Vendors, ETC. - Are responsible to follow the requirements outlined in this procedure and ask for assistance
This policy applies to all Flogistix rental compressor packages is applicable to all Flogistix employees, contractors, and temporary employees.
Employees should be aware that units could contain flammable and toxic gasses. Potential for the possible hazards of gas ignition or fire, hot surfaces & fluids, rotating equipment. Risk of possible concentration of H2S. Hazardous gases could be in the units pressure vessels, cooler, or associated piping and risk of inhalation of hazardous gas fumes.

All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for normal Field Mechanical duties apply for this procedure.
Four Gas Monitor, which is outlined in the Flogistix EHSS Manual, PPE Section 8, Procedure 8.3
Lock Out Tag Out LOTO which is outlined in the Flogistix EHSS Manual, Section 9 Procedure 9.11
This procedure applies to all units in service in the field, at a service shop, or in any storage yard.
Insure Flogistix personnel have proper safety certification or site orientation if required by the Flogistix Customer.
Insure Flogistix personnel adhere to all Customers safety practices if procedure is performed on customer location
All employees shall be initially trained on the following topics:
Employee Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Emergency and First Aid procedures
Methods and Observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemicals or gas in the work place

All employees performing this procedure shall be required to have the listed tools to perform job tasks:
