The purpose of this procedure is to establish the minimum requirements for setting parameters for the ABB 550, 355, or 310 VFD keypad for use with Electric Drive units. The procedure applies to all Electric Drive units equipped with an ABB 550, 355, or 310 VFD. This procedure is to ensure the proper set up of the Electric Drive ABB VFD. General VFD Parameter spreadsheets are available for download on the 1.10. 1 Keypad Operation And VFD Setup page. Full parameter sets are for various Electric Drive Units are available on the Engineering VFD Setup Files page.
This procedure applies to all Electric Drive units that are equipped with an ABB 550/355/310 VFD currently in service in the Field, Test Loop, at a Repair Shop, or in Storage Yards. Flogistix Service Technicians will perform the set up of the ABB 550/355/310 VFD as laid out in this procedure according to this procedure.
