Employee Approval of Time Card for Payroll Processing
MUST BE DONE ON THE 16TH IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID. THIS INCLUDES LICENSED EMPLOYEES.
All employees must approve their time card--including licensed employees. Approving your time card includes your electronic approval of all leave.

Employee Leave Accrual Schedules: Shows the rate at which leave is accrued in the time clock system for eligible school year and calendar year employees--leave, vacation, personal, etc.

Monitoring Employee Actual Work Hours to Authorized Hours for Compliance
Time Card Summary Report: Use this report to compare authorized hours with actual hours worked.
Time Card Detail Report: Use this report review specific time card punches for a specific employee.
School Reconciliation of Leave for Licensed Employees (13th of Each Month)
Supervisor Approvals of Time Card Changes, Leave, Comp. Time, etc.: Supervisors should log into the system at least once each week and approve/disapprove requested changes from employees in the system.
Supervisor Approval for Payroll: On the 17th of each month Supervisors must log into the system and approve all time worked, leave, comp. time, etc. Supervisors should use available system reports to review specific employees and address concerns. Once all time is accurate for all employees, the supervisor should approve all employees in the system for payroll processing--1) click on "Time Card" at the top, 2) click on "Administrative Approval for Payroll, 3) click on "Approve for Payroll". This will forward all information to payroll for processing and will lock the system from any further changes for the payroll period.
