TO : NEW EMPLOYEES & EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFITS
The district is sponsoring a New Employee Orientation & Benefits Enrollment meeting for employees to learn more about employee benefits and to ask questions. Employees are invited to bring their spouses as well. These meetings are being held at two sites on August, 5, 2013. New employees should attend the 9:00 am orientation. Employees who are eligible for retirement and/or insurance benefits should attend the benefits meetings.
MILFORD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
*9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: New Employee Payroll & Benefits Orientation
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: GBS Benefits - District Insurance Benefits & Online Enrollment
11:00 AM - 12:00 AM: Mark Wilson - Utah Retirement Systems Benefits
BEAVER HIGH SCHOOL:
*12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: New Employee Payroll & Benefits Orientation
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: GBS Benefits - District Insurance Benefits & Online Enrollment
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Mark Wilson - Utah Retirement Systems Benefits
*The new employee orientation will cover all items that need to be done for new employees. School principals should attend this orientation with their new employees.
