City/County Recreation & Use of School Facilities

When other governmental entities desire to use school facilities (i.e. gymnasiums, football fields, soccer fields, etc., the school principal should work with the entity to complete a Building Use Agreement Packets & Information packet. School principals should ensure a certificate of liability insurance and indemnity agreement are obtained before activities and use of facilities begin.
