Checks drawn on district funds require the signatures of the Board President and the Business Administrator.
All checks drawn on school accounts must have two signatures. Authorized persons to sign checks include:
*Required: School Principal & Assistant Principal (if applicable)
*Required: School Financial Secretary
*Required: District Board President
*Required: District Business Administrator
Optional - Elementaries: Lead Teacher (to sign in absence of Principal)
Signature cards with local banks should be reviewed and updated at least once per year.
