FACILITIES WORK ORDER COMMUNICATION SYSTEM:
If you have a facilities work order request, please contact your principal first. Principals have work order submission permission in the District's Google system. Principals should login into the Google account, go to "My Drive", and create a new work order in their school "Open Work Orders" folder.
Definition of a Facilities Work Order: This system is for requests related to repairs and maintenance items only for existing facilities assets. This is not a new capital asset request system.
Technology Work Orders: This work order system is for non-technology work orders. Technology related work orders should be submitted to the technology department separately.
