Task List:

• Repair Damaged Books

• Delete worn copies

• Process book fair books

• Inventory

• File/purge inbox

• Run overdues weekly, send to English Teacher

• clean fridge, turn off for summer

• lock up or take home personal items

• Fine list for yearbook clearance

• Take down Displays

• Take down  Bulletin Boards and Posters

• Run 8th Grade list for English Teachers on Monday of last week

• Teacher Clearance 

• Turn in lost book  money to Banker

• Shut down and cover computers

• Supply order for the fall:

  • highlighters

  • Toner cartridges (2 printers)

  • Check on status of all purchase orders

  • Book Tape (Warehouse)

  • Contact Paper (Warehouse)

Announcements:

• • Library closure

  • Summer Reading

Reports:

• • Year end Report for Administration templates from Kentucky Schools Library Media Resources

    • Get signed by principal

    • Send to Library Services

  • Revise Collection Development Plan

  • Library Survey

  • Delete Destiny Reports in Report Manager
