----- spoke articulately and coherently and made good eye contact. She was not afraid to ask for clarification. She was good a expanding on questions and giving well thought out answers.
(5) Closing (Thanked interviewer, etc.)
----- closing was good, she seemed relaxed and confident.
(6) Comments:
Overall, ----- was confident, but a little nervousness was evident in her body language – she was bouncing her legs a little bit. ----- has clearly thought out her path to success and is making good progress. She was well prepared for the interview and let me get to know her well. My advice for next time is to try to concentrate on sitting still. Also, try to have a mission before going in to an interview about what you want them to know about you. Find a way to work your answer in to one of the questions they ask. You want the interviewer to feel that they know you personally so they will remember you when it comes to making a decision.
