Heather Gruenthal is a Library Teacher in the Long Beach Unified School District at Leland Stanford Middle School and Perry Lindsey Middle School.

Previously, "Mrs. GRU" worked in the Anaheim Union High School District for 20 years serving as a Teacher Librarian for both Western High School and Orangeview Junior High School. Before becoming a Library Teacher, she was an English Teacher at Lexington Junior High School.
