Journal your way to a healthier world!
Presented by Heather Gruenthal
Why start a journal? Journaling can improve your organization, mental health, reduce stress and anxiety, and strengthen your memory. Develop practices for goal setting, stress relief, daily gratitude, and habit tracking. This session includes how to digitize your notes using the Rocketbook App. What is a Rocketbook? It is a reusable notebook that digitizes your notes and sends them to the cloud, allowing you to access your notes anywhere.
