This cue is short and purely serves to be a “falling action” after the climax of the film. The violins begin towards the top of their range, lamenting Sirius with a dies irae. They bring in the violas and cellos as the range of the cue gets lower and lower, all while keeping the dies irae motif going.

Newspaper headlines transition us back to Hogwarts, all the while informing us of what became of the school, Fudge, and Umbridge in the aftermath of the Ministry battle. Back in Harry’s dormitory, he packs his trunk for the summer, accompanied by a mere memory of Window to the Past that fades into a final dies irae. His godfather is dead.
