You might think this gown belongs on the Auction page. It does...kind of...and it doesn't. It's here for one reason: it looked like this when Diana wore it with the Queen's Family Order.
Diana had the gown remodelled from a modest, long-sleeved column to a sexy, sleeveless and updated lower-cut look.
This replica was custom made for me by Miri of Miricreations (eBay.)
The colour appears a little washed out in the photo, but the gown is lovely. It came with two purses, one silver, one pale blue. I've set it off with the earrings from the GADCO dressed doll and FM shoes I've converted with a couple of coats of metallic nail polish. I need to issue her with a Danbury Mint Queen's Family Order brooch and a Spencer tiara, and will get around to doing this once I solve the on-going dilemma of the Prince of Wales' feather necklace.
