Geez, how I love those great big hats! Another dark, chic outfit, what could have been a severe & depressing outfit is made pretty & feminine with strappy shoes & a multi-strand pearl necklace. The white collar & cuffs brighten it at the face & hands.
Accessories varied. (Above, with the “Grey Suit” choker, the single cluster sapphire earrings worn with her regimental diamond brooch on the lapel. Left, to a wedding, with the “Inspecting the Guard” navy suit’s four strand pearl choker and pearl drop earrings.)
