A very cute costume worn to Christmas services at Sandringham, this outfit looks nice & warm for wintertime. This was already made by online seamstresses, so it shouldn't be that hard for a company as big as FM to do.
I absolutely adore the brown suede high top Chelsea ankle boots. I've heard these can be made by painting a pair of the tan pumps and attaching microsuede in brown.
