No narrow endemic species of flowering plant is known in the flora of Pantnagar. Any of the threatened species of India mentioned in the Red Data Book of Indian Plants (Nayar & Sastry, 1987-90) was not recorded in the area of Pantnagar.
However, a perusal of list of threatened flowering plants of India (at www.iucnredlist.org) indicates the following information:

Santalum album L. (Santalaceae) and Saraca asoca (Roxb.) De Wilde (Fabaceae) are Vulnerable (VU) species but both are not native to this area and planted here.
Mangifera indica L. (Anacardiaceae) is assessed as Data Deficient (DD) species but it is not known as a native element here, rather it is either planted or seedling escape of planted mango.
