Photo Edits

Original

For this project we were instructed to go around the school and take photos using the guidelines of the 18 composition techniques, finding and taking a photo for each. Once we had all of the photos we were interested to pick one and edit it three different ways to get different effects that were interesting. The idea of this project was to practice seeing the different compositional techniques and editing photos. The photo I chose to edit was my rule of thirds. The photo to the left is rule of thirds because if the image was cut into thirds both laterally and horizontally the important parts of the image out meet at those points. When editing this image I played around with the different tools till I found a set of them that changed the image in an interesting way, by changing the highlights, shadows, and brilliance along with other things to create more of an appealing image.
