Today was more of an organizational day, I worked on updating the website and thinking about how I want to present my project. But I still wanted to do some art along with it so I decided to switch it up a bit and draw a giraffe. This was just a quick sketch but I actually kinda like it, I just wanted to play around with the pencil and tortillon a little more. I liked the way that the shading helps bring out the different areas of interest. Although today was not very art related I think that it set me up better for tomorrow. As this project is coming to an end I realized that I have kinda lost interest and my project has shifted from what I originally thought it would be. I used today to regroup and think a little about how I wanted to end the project strong. I think that today was essential in having a better tomorrow and rest of the project.
