Tales of Sidney Sussex and Our Wide Open Spaces

On the face of it, Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge and our seaside resort of Cleethorpes seem unlikely partners, but one would certainly not be what it is today without the other.
We have added three more fascinating articles to our Alan Dowling archive, which explain the link between 'the serene groves of academia and the 'kiss me quick' hats and candy floss of the seaside', as well as detailing how two of our wide open spaces, Sidney Park and Sussex Recreation Ground, came into being.
