FOCH Train Event Derailed

Friends of Cleethorpes Heritage regret to announce that our 150 Years of the Railway event, scheduled for Saturday 6th April, has been cancelled.  

FOCH had been planning to bring the National Museum of Railways' Rocket locomotive to Cleethorpes station, but alterations to the original plan made by our working partners meant that it became logistically impossible for us to carry on with our arrangements to our usual high standards.

Despite this cancellation, we have an exciting series of events already arranged for this year, with several more still to be announced, so keep checking this website for the latest news. Our first event of the year will now be on Saturday 13th April when Professor Michelle Brown will be making a welcome return to Cleethorpes to give a talk on the Staffordshire Hoard at St Peter's Church.
