Friends of Cleethorpes Heritage are History

After 8 years raising the profile of Cleethorpes heritage and promoting community education (and serving a lot of tea and cake to our wonderful supporters) we brought the  charity to a close on  the 31st October 2018.By request some of the donated heritage items were returned to their original owners with the rest donated to the Grimsby Time Trap and Cleethorpes Town Hall Trust.

Of the assets we had built up during the charity’s lifetime some were purchased by  The Armed Forces Team (Cleethorpes) and Sidney Sussex Community Group CIO to continue their work and some were donated to the following organisations:-

  • ·         Cleethorpes Baptist Church

  • ·         Cleethorpes Town Hall Trust

  • ·         Hope Street Trust

  • ·         Grimsby Time Trap

Money raised from the above sale of assets enabled us to make donations of cash to the following groups:-
