Cleethorpes Rocks!

Friends of Cleethorpes Heritage would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in its Art, Angels and Armour event, which took place at the beautiful St Peter's Church in Cleethorpes this afternoon. 

Professor Michelle Brown's talk on Anglo-Saxon Mercia proved a great success with the large audience, who as usual enjoyed their tea and cakes served to them by FOCH's very own Mercian Maidens.

In thanking the audience and FOCH for their enthusiasm, Professor Brown declared "Cleethorpes rocks!"

We look forward to the Professor returning to Cleethorpes  for a third time in the not too distant future.
