Warm- Up Activity

Partner Interview

The circle leader will partner up each of the group members.  Each person in the partnership will ask the other person 3 quick questions of their choice.  You will then reconvene in the circle.  Each person will say 1 new thing they learned about their partner.

Circle Question

Round 1: What is a healthy choice you make on a daily basis? (Examples: brushing your teeth, washing your hands, eating healthy food - but try and think of other examples!!)

Round 2: When you are down and/or overwhelmed, what do you do to help yourself heal (i.e.- talk to someone; go for a walk/run; listen to music; etc…)

Round 3: During this time of multiple traumas going on in our lives.  Why is it important to take care of yourself?  (i.e.- harmed people harm other people, including themselves, etc…) 

Closing Activity

Hands In!

All group members will put a hand in the middle of the circle.  One member will yell "1, 2, 3" and then all members will yell out their advisory team name in unison.
