Warm- Up Activity

Fruit Basket: Children are named oranges or apples. Oranges change seats when teacher calls ‘Oranges’, apples change seats when he/she calls ‘Apples’. 

Circle Questions

1. Share a time when you felt successful (in school or out of school).  What helped you to reach that success?

2. Share a time when you weren't successful at something you were trying hard for.  What did you learn from that experience?

Closing Activity

Words: Start with a word and 2 claps in between, the next child must say a word associated to the start, e.g.milk, clap, clap, cow, clap, clap, farm…
