End of S1 - This is the last week of S1.  Make sure you have given it your best effort and have turned in all your make up work!

Hansel and Gretel: 

Students, join us for this year’s Student Night at the Opera! There are 50 tickets available. You can get a permission slip at the front office. Tickets are free, but you can pay five dollars to eat dinner at school before the show. Get your permission slip soon! Email Mrs. Gomez if you have any questions.

Genius Hour/Dear

If your teacher has given you approval (you turned in your ideas and they let you know you are "ok") then you will do DEAR during this time.

IF you have not come up with your 3 ideas for Genius Hour projects your teachers will give you instructions about how to select a project based on your strengths.  Teachers this is your opportunity to conference with students to help them select their projects and to give them approval.  Poland and Admin will be available next week in the Library if students are really stuck.

Genius Hour: Planning Document and Timeline

Our Goals this week:

• Get your approved topic/project from your teacher

• Download the Planning Doc (Teachers - you may want to push this out in google classroom or have them download it here and share it with you) 

• Create a timeline for success

• Start your research - what do others know about your topic?  Fill out your planning doc.
