Teachers, please be on the lookout for students demonstrating Fairness. Sign the bottom of the planner with an early to lunch note!
Keep your hands to yourself! Just "messing around" causes problems. At iMiddle, we are respectful and keep our hands to ourselves.

Bring in more cans. We are about half way to our school wide goal of 1000 can/nonperishable food items. The class with the most cans will get to shave his head at lunch.

Ms. Miller (social studies teacher)-52
We have to get to 1000. Do you part. Bring some in if you can.
STEAM challenge. Keep building once you have teacher approval.
Make it look nice.
Try to keep the tape so it is NOT visible so it looks nice.
Make sure you don't damage the cans as you are build your model/structure.
Look up at Monday's info if you need any reminders.
If you have LOP make sure you report to the LOP lunch area immediately at the end of Advisory. Do not get lunch or go see your friends. You will be allowed to eat in LOP.
Please note that "I forgot" or "They didn't come and get me" are not excuses and will result in more LOPs or greater consequences. Thank you for being responsible and reporting to LOP when assigned.

Monday at lunch. Team 1 will play Team 2 and Team 3 vs Team 4.
Here is a reminder of the rules (Participants should just read them since everyone has played). Here is a list of who is on which team. Games will start 10 minutes into lunch. If you are playing, eat quickly and come out to play. Gate will open a few minutes before. You will have to sign in on your team's roster to play so check to see which team you are on.
Each team will play every other team with a different match Monday, Tuesday, and Weds. On Thursday will be the finals between the two teams with the best record (number of sticks captured on the final day will be the tie breaker).
Teachers fill out/update the how many cans form ASAP (during advisory). Mr. N will try to post the current number and winner in the middle of the period.
Before advisory with only 12 classes reporting we have 627 cans. Currently mystery teacher (probably Ms. Little DHH) is in the lead with 137. Mrs. Ladeby is in second with 103.
Teachers may allow students to build as long as they are comfortable with it and students have made a reasonable effort. Don't forget to keep track which individuals made good and poor efforts so you can include this effort in their citizenship grade.
Admin will start coming around today to look at, take pictures, and judge projects. They will be asking students to explain their idea behind their models and may ask to see the google slide/research that the group did. If you have a group that is still working on a GOOD project, admin will come back and look at it later in the day or on Monday. Teachers can email Mr. N pictures of good projects which will be posted on the advisory wiki and possibly school website (this might be a way to influence the judges since they will be able to see all of these pictures).
Do NOT take apart your projects today. We will be taking them apart NEXT week once judging is complete- Probably Tuesday. Instructions will be on the advisory wiki.
