Pass out Planners to all students. Please have students check their PowerSchool to see that the schedule they have matches the one in PowerSchool. If it does not, they need to follow the one in PowerSchool! Have students write their names and schedules in the planner. If there is an error in a student's schedule, please send to Ms O'Donnell. If a student wants to request a schedule change, have the student email her at modonnell@sandi.net
Let students know that we will be reviewing the planner page by page throughout the week. Students need their planners with them every day! Show this quick guide on how to use the planner wisely

Message from the district to announce:
Hey students! The weather’s heating up, so let’s make sure we stay cool and safe.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day—bring a refillable bottle.
Dress for the weather with lightweight, light-colored clothing.
Take shade breaks and use air-conditioned spaces when you can.
Go easy during PE or recess if it’s really hot.
If you start feeling dizzy, tired, or sick, tell an adult right away. Let’s beat the heat and keep learning strong!
