Teachers, please be on the lookout for students demonstrating integrity. Sign the bottom of the planner with an early to lunch note!
Reminders from Admin:
During the Day:
- When using the stairs please stay to the right to allow for two way flow up and down the stairs.
- If you NEED to access the elevator please make arrangements with the office before school starts.
After School:
- All students are expected to leave campus or check in with Prime Time within 10 minutes of dismissal at the end of day.

No School Monday 9/2 - Labor Day
Enrollment Packets:
Teachers: Please pass out the enrollment packets DURING 7TH PERIOD to students as well as the Lunch Form and the Facts for Parents (Spanish versions are available in the office). Remember that students can be sent to the office at lunch, before school and after school to make photo copies of required documents. Proof of residency should be stapled to the enrollment form. Students will turn them in to their 1st PERIOD teacher. Check off who turned in a packet and give the packets to the office as you get them.
Students: Please be sure to get your parents to complete and sign each of the required items in your enrollment packet. EVERY family should fill out the free and reduced lunch application EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU DO NOT QUALIFY.
Any student who has all paperwork completed and turned in on Friday 9/6 will be let out to lunch 10 min early (8th graders will get out early on Thursday 9/5 due to an assembly on 9/6).
Computer and Text Books:
Check out will be next week. 8th graders will be on Tuesday. Please make arrangements to get your books home.

Get Organized: Clean out back packs, organize 3 ring binders (no loose papers).

At Lunch:
- Food is only allowed in the designated areas - the lunch arbor and the patio near the ASB store. Food is not to leave these areas.
- Students MUST be in the designated areas for the first 10 min of lunch.
- Courts and Field will be open AFTER THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OF LUNCH. Supervision must be present to access the areas.
- NO FOOD OR DRINK ARE ALLOWED IN THESE AREAS. If this rule is not followed these areas will be closed.
- Building and classrooms are off limits unless you have a pass from teacher.
7th and 8th Graders - you are setting the example.

Early to Lunch:
If you have your planner signature please turn it in to your advisory teacher when they ask in order to go to lunch 10 min early!
Don't forget to turn in your enrollment forms to your period 1 teacher to be dismissed early to lunch on 9/6.
Announcement:
Remember the lunch courts open AFTER the first 10 minutes of lunch. On a normal day this is 12:38. Please do not go out to the courts until there is an adult on the courts supervising (they have other duties during the first 10 minutes). Practice SOAR. The adult supervising the courts will check out equipment. Never take equipment or balls without permission.
Computer and Textbook Checkout:
All students need to be prepared to take home text books and computers next week. 8th Grade will be on Tuesday when we return!
