Shopping list: ‘I went to the shops and bought…’ each child remembers the previous items and adds one of their own. 

Circle Questions

Now that we have finished the first half of the year, let's take a temperature check on how we are feeling about the school year so far.  ~ Using types of weather (rainy, cloudy, sunny, rainbow, windy, warm, etc), share how you feel about the way school has been going for you so far this year.

~ What's one thing you would like to see improve or change personally for the second half of the school year?  

~ What's one thing you would like to see improve or change for the school for the second half of the semester?  

**If you come up with any great ideas, please have the teacher share them with Admin.

Closing Activity

Buzz Game: Children number around in circle – 1 - 2 - 3 - buzz, 5 - 6 - 7 - buzz (i.e. mustn’t say multiples of 4). Whoever misses buzz starts again. Very good for learning tables.
