Genius Hour:
Tomorrow you will be filling out a survey to tell Ms. Labas about your project.
Use this time today:
- Get approval for your project
- Review the Get Started Page
- Start your plan
- Start your research on your topic - what do others know?
If you have not completed the Thrively surveys yet (done last week with Ms. O'Donnell in Science class) please take this time to do so as well.
Teachers - You can show this today or tomorrow as some more inspiration, depending on the needs of your class.

ASB Announcement: Villains vs Super Heroes
Teachers: ASB members will be coming around the last 10 minutes of class to pull out your students who are dressed as a Super Hero or Villain.

Thursday 1/25 - 60s vs 80s
ASB Announcement: 60s vs 80s
Teachers: ASB members will be coming around the last 15 minutes of class to pull out your students who are dressed in either 60s or 80s wear.
Lunch Time Challenge: Guess the Time period (60s or 80s) of the songs. Winners will get "like a totally awesome" prize.

Students: Next Tuesday you will record your plan to complete your genius hour project. You will fill out a contract with this plan and have your adult sign it. You may want to use the planning page above to prepare for Tuesday.
8TH GRADE GIRLS.... We are having our follow up girls group meeting tomorrow during lunch!!! If you weren't able to attend last week, please come by and check it out!! :) We will be meeting in room 7.
Any students who have not completed their Thrively Strengths Survey, please complete that during Advisory today!! Ms O'Donnell will be coming around to help!
