Weather Report
Go around the circle and have each member tell how they are feeling today by giving a weather report. Typically, "bright and sunny" would be feeling great and "rainy/cloudy" would be feeling not so good. However, each person can explain what they chose and why.
Example: "Today I am feeling partly cloudy because I am having a good day, but I am just feeling tired."

What is something that comes easy to you that might not be easy for others?
What is something you've always wanted to be good at but have never tried before? What stopped you from trying?
How can staying positive help you achieve something that is difficult for you?
Closing Activity
Breathing Exercise
Everyone in the circle close your eyes (or look down to your lap). Breathe in slowly as the circle leader counts to 3. Hold it for a moment, then breathe out slowly as the circle leader counts to 3. Repeat this process a few times as needed. Conclude the circle with calm fist bumps to the person on either side of you.
