The project aimed to explore the technology's applications and impact on society as part of the Benchmark Reading Unit. Students chose a modern technology from a list that includes options like Virtual Reality, 3D Printing, Drones, and Artificial Intelligence. Students researched their chosen technology and presented their findings through various methods such as creating a poster, building a model, or making a digital presentation. Students then practiced their presentation skills with a partner and finalized them for a small group presentation.
"I really liked being able to research something that I was interested in. I was a little nervous talking in front of other people."
"It was great seeing the students extend their learning and practice their presentation skills."
