One of the final activities of Senior year is the annual Senior trip. This year, the class of 2026 went to Universal Orlando, Florida! 33 students in total attended the Senior Trip
On the early morning of Sunday, March 22nd, the group travelled to MacArthur Airport to get on a 5 am flight straight to Orlando. After landing in Florida, the class toured the Titanic Museum, learning how the infamous ship was operated and built. The tour included interactive activities such as touching a real iceberg, which was the group’s favorite part of the tour! They then arrived at the Cabana Bay Resort to get settled in and have dinner.
On Monday, March 23rd, the group got prepared for a day filled with fun! At 9 am, the class took a shuttle to the Universal Islands of Adventure, where they would spend the hours going on rides and enjoying different foods. The most popular rides the students went on included The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, and Jurassic World VelociCoaster. Students branched off in groups to enjoy different rides and explore the park. After the students got back to the resort around 5 pm, they quickly got ready to take another shuttle to Universal CityWalk. City Walk was a colorful and busy strip with multiple different restaurants and dessert places where students grabbed dinner, explored, took pictures, played mini golf, and got dessert. After the city walk, students went back to the hotel and got ready for day three! March 24th, students got up early and grabbed breakfast at the hotel, then they made their way to the new Universal Park Epic Adventure. This park was filled with brand new rides and experiences, including a whole How to Train Your Dragon experience and a Super Mario World. After enjoying the day at the park, the students headed back to the hotel to enjoy the pool, dinner, and the fire pits. Overall, the senior trip was one of the best yet. The parks were so entertaining and fun, and the pool and hotel were beautiful. We would like to thank Mr Sage for organizing this trip and Mrs Murphy, Mrs Labrozzie, and Mr Holt for chaperoning and making sure we are safe. We had so much fun!
