A Camping We Will Go!
A Camping We Will Go!
It was a short, but fun week. We squished in some camping fun and the students took off with the imaginative play. From cooking s'mores, to fishing, to "sleeping" in a tent, it was oodles of fun in our classroom!

Some of our little campers chose to make boats this past week, they were thrilled to see them float in the water table!

Camping Lanterns
Camping Lanterns
We made camping lanterns on Wednesday. This activity was very exciting and took the camping play to a whole new level! This very simple craft developed fine motor skills, as well as introduced a new vocabulary word to many students: lantern.

Games Day!
Games Day!
Our four-year-olds had fun trying out some new games on Monday. Games are one of my favourite ways to practice so many important social skills, as well as early numeracy skills such as counting, reading numbers, and matching.
