The air definitely has a chill in it and a number of students have already come down to borrow mitts, touques and hoodies. We go outside for all recesses as much as possible, so please have your children dressed for the weather.

KUDOS TO OUR CROSS COUNTRY TEAM
I would like to CONGRATULATE each and every member of our cross country team. This is a difficult sport and requires lots of perseverance and self discipline. All of our students ran a 1200 m race at Peace Hills Park in Wetaskiwin with lots of tough hills and they all maintained their racing strategy and had a great sprint at the end. We would like to send out special recognition to Abby who placed 6th in her race against about 160 competitors. We don't have all of our final results yet and will have a special presentation for our team at one of the assemblies in the near future. Well done everyone! I am so proud of you!
