CHRISTMAS ELVES DRIVE - GREAT SUCCESS!
Thank you to everyone who donated for the Christmas Elves food and toy drive. Our RBES community donated just over 1500 items! Wow! Thank you so much for your generosity. The grade 3s did all the sorting and then each class took a turn going to the River of Hope Church to make the donation. Our Paint Days are this week and we are sold out. But we do have a wait list if you are interested!

REMINDER: Students can stay after school and have a quick nutritious snack with Mrs. K in the meeting place while things get set up and then head straight into the painting activity. Pick up time is 5:00.

If you are able to help out and volunteer, we would love the extra sets of hands. **All volunteers that have filled out the form already - THANK YOU! We look forward to your help. Don't forget to bring your blow dryer or your glue gun if you have one to share (and please label them). This event always goes much more smoothly when there are lots of people to help. Thank you again for your willingness to volunteer!

Black Gold Regional School Board finalized it’s 2019/2020 budget roll out at the end of November. Although the Board will be operating a deficit, no staff positions have been cut in the current year. Several areas took hits instead so that there would be no lays offs in the current year. We thank Black Gold and our staff at RBES for putting our children’s needs first!
