Thank you to all of our amazing students and their families for a wonderful year! It was so great to see so many of you come out to our Reverse Parade! Please click here with a link to lots and lots of photos. Thank you to Jesse Horrocks for taking pictures and videos for us!!

It was not the year end that we all envisioned when we started the year, but we are hoping that some of the extra activities that we planned for your children helped to make up for some of those missed activities and disappointments. From all the staff at RBES, we truly hope everyone has time to relax and enjoy some stress free summer days. Stay healthy and stay safe. We hope to see you all in the fall!

Mrs. Waters truly puts the kind in kindergarten! For over 20 years Mrs. Waters has been shaping the hearts and minds of our Kindergarten students and sadly for us has decided to retire. Fortunately for her family though, Mrs. Waters is looking forward to spending more time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. We will miss her dearly and are hoping she will visit us frequently! Congratulations on a very well deserved retirement Mrs. Waters!

To our wonderful grade 4s:

For our final gift to you, please enjoy the following slideshow that you all helped to create. Thank you for creating the slides of your favourites and for doing your portrait page. There have been lots of candids added to the end to help you have a fun walk down memory lane. You have all grown so much and we are so very proud of you and your accomplishments this year. We wish you nothing but the best as you head off to grade 5. You are all truly AWESOME!

LIBRARY BOOK RECALL

WEEK OF JUNE 22-25:

We will have a LIBRARY BOOK drop off during the week of June 22-25 for those that still have library books at home. If the weather is nice there will be drop off bins located outside of the front entrance. If it rains, please ring the doorbell and we will open the door for you to drop the books off in a bin in the front entrance. We encourage this to be a drop off only and not a time to congregate and visit. Thank you for continuing to keep our community safe!

Next Year School Supplies

Please note that by August 1, 2020 the Government of Alberta, in collaboration with Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer, will make a final decision regarding the return to school scenario that we will implement in September. We anticipate that your child will need school supplies regardless of the scenario. You can click here to print off or order school supplies online. If you have any questions, please let the office know!
