Condition: Bad weather developing late in the day; road conditions worsening, but all routes are still passable.

Action:

1. Cancel after-school activities and late buses.

2. Put announcement on AFN, HR3 and FFH. Parents informed via SMS, email and website.

3. Extra help assigned to phones for receiving incoming calls and passing messages between offices.

4. Any non-bus riders not collected on time are held in the Elementary School / FISW commons; a staff member designated to stay with these students receives all information from the students or their parents about particular circumstances; another staff member makes any necessary phone calls.
