There shall be 179 days of instruction in the Upper School, with the exception of Grade 12 students who will have fewer instructional days, and 176 days of instruction in the Elementary and Primary Schools.

Days of instruction:

Elementary and Primary Schools .........................................................................176 days

Upper School, Grades 6-12  .................................................................................179 days

In addition, there shall be two faculty and staff  in-service days (no school for students). The faculty are required to be present in school for 183 days (including in-service and preparatory days).

Any change in the number of instructional days requires approval by the Board of Trustees.
