Title: Signatures on Employee Contracts

Effective date: January 2017

Replaces: December 2002

The Chair of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee shall sign the contract of the Head of School. For all other employment contracts power of attorney shall be given to the Head of School, who will cosign with the Business Manager or his/her designee. The Chair of the Board shall co-sign the contract of the principals.
