The Business Manager will review the contract or transaction in any case where a potential conflict of interest may exist, for instance where supplies, equipment or services are purchased from:
a member of the immediate family of an employee
an organization where an employee holds a proprietary interest
an organization where a member of the immediate family of an employee works or holds a proprietary interest.
The Head of School will be informed of any such cases, and will discuss with the Board of Trustees any possible consequences to be taken.
