Documents collected for U.S. Recovery projects
Proof of loss - a copy of their FEMA letter that links the damage to a natural disaster
Proof of ownership - a copt of the deed or personal property tax receipt
Proof of residency - A copy of a recent utility bill
Proof of identity - A copy of a government-issued ID
Proof of income - A copy of their tax filing, pay stub, or letter of government assistance
