The site supervisor training program started in Texas in 2018 after our Domestic Recovery department was faced with the challenge of running 6 Recovery Programs at the same time.
We knew we didn't have 30 site supervisors from our alumni pool ready to start. Therefore we created the site supervisor training program, to ensure we had the staff we needed to run our programs.
The goal is to onboard people that have a passion for the work that we do, and basic leadership skills. In 3 months we teach them about volunteer management, construction and safety. After this period they are able to become full time site supervisors. This is a paied position. Consult HR to obtain the most updated salary for trainees.

The goal of the Construction Site Supervisor Trainee training is to develop the construction skills and knowledge in the former volunteers/ Team Leaders and to build a technical capacity in the construction teams across the International Recovery programs. CSST Matrix provides detailed tasks and goals for trainees to learn during the duration of the program with the goal of providing an opportunity for the professional development and further progression within the construction team to Construction Site Supervisor and Construction Site Coordinator.
Construction Site Supervisor Training builds on the existing knowledge of the Construction Site Supervisor Trainees. The CSS matrix is designed to enhance their technical expertise and develop the management skills required as a Construction Site Coordinator to run a large school site (Specific Technical Skills, Core Skills, Leadership, Volunteer Management, Quality Control, Local Masons Management, Health and Safety, etc. )
