Salesforce and Gmail Lightning Sync
We use a chrome extension to allow certain approved users to log emails natively from within a gmail browser window in Salesforce. Below is the process for gaining access:
Sign into Salesforce in the new window that becomes visible in your gmail browser
(If you access Salesforce with your Google account, select "Use Custom Domain" at the bottom right, then enter "ahah" into the textbox and click Continue.)

After enforcing multi-factor authentication in Salesforce in March 2021, some users may be experiencing issues with the chrome extension. We have found the issues resolve simply by signing out of google and re-signing back into your google account.
