All Hands and Hearts (AHAH) team members may request to retain their AHAH tech assets. The default assumption is that devices are to be physically returned to the custody of the organization.
Team members can request to purchase their tech assets by completing this form.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (please see Buy Back Process below).
Pre-requisite to consideration of buy back requests is confirmation of a factory reset of the assigned tech assets. In scenarios where buy back has been approved, the Logistics Manager (LM) may require photo evidence of a hard factory reset. Approval of this request will be determined by the Logistics Manager using the following criteria:
location of assets from a retrieval perspective (i.e. International versus US, on program, etc.)
real value of assets (age, specification, condition, etc.)
type of asset (phone, computer, etc.)
whether we are able to confirm/perform a remote data wipe
current stock of similar assets and forecasted short term organizational needs
If approved and in order to complete the request, the team member will need to submit payment of $100 USD
you will receive a PayPal invoice from AP@allhandsandhearts.org
Please reach out to logistics@allhandsandhearts.org with any questions regarding this policy or process.
