Welcome to our portal page! The program has beeen running for over 1 year, with a move from Jaroslaw to Krakow in March. The current program is running through the end of January 2024 with discussion of extension in the works.
The below deck has some explanation of some of the partners we have worked with in Krakow.

New Staff Structure
We have implemented a shift in model to adapt to a smaller program and create more flexibility. The program is now utilizing Response Coordinators, a job title meant to allow a smaller team to cover a wide variety of tasks. While the RCs have specialties and areas of focus (such as VaAR related tasks or community coordination, there is cross training around logistics, finance, operations support, and field planning to be able to help cover each other and work as a team. We are trialing this approach in Poland and will see how it works out!
