The IT team collaborates across the organisation to support the different departments ("business lines") in achieving their business goals. We work together to define the real problem, design solutions to address the problem and ultimately execute on the solution. All solutions involve a combination of people, process and technology. We work hard to prioritise the right projects, taking into account organisational and business needs against our own resourcing constraints.
